- I was also part of the Project Team’s organization of the ifc and 1881 Heritage’s Christmas Campaigns. My tasks included:
- Drafted campaign proposals about the Christmas installation designs and coordinated with graphic designers.
- Discussed and negotiated with clients continuously about the design, layout and budgets.
- Liaised with digital interactive agencies for the interactive elements in the installation, negotiating the creative execution of their proposals.
- Arranged the accommodation and transport logistics for Finnish Santa Claus’ visit to Hong Kong.
- Sourced props for the installations.
